Too Many Bowl Games

After much discussion with that noted football expert, 10-year-old Matthew Houston, I have come to the conclusion that a college football team should not be invited to a bowl unless it has 7 wins over Division 1 teams and a winning record in its conference. Too many 6-6 teams are playing in these games, continuing a disturbing trend in American to reward mediocrity. I would rather see a good mid-major team like Troy than a 6-6 Alabama team against a 6-6 Colorado team.
